FAQ's:
Q: What is the light on my dashboard?

Mike Gonsalves

Service Advisor

Bio: Hello my name is Michael Gonsalves best known as (Mike.G) I started with Massapequa Nissan in June 2013 as an Express Service Advisor. At my time of hire, I was advised by my Manager to excel since there is a very good chance for me to become a Full Time Advisor. My goals were set to become a Full Time Advisor since I am a single parent and I wanted what was best for my son. In December of 2014; I was appointed the position of Full Time Advisor and I love what I do. Massapequa Nissan's awesome staff are changing lives one day at a time; whether you are a customer, or an employee. Massapequa Nissan is where it all begins.

FAQ's:
Q: How late can bring my car in for service?
A:
It is advised you bring your car for service at least 30 minutes before closing.

Q: What's the best time to come in for an oil change?
A:
Its advised to change your oil every 3000 to 5000 miles but I would recommend you speak to a Service Advisor to discuss your driving habits etc.and a unique schedule can be compiled for you.

Q: How much longer can I go with synthetic oil?
A:
Synthetic oil can go longer before it starts to break down when compared to conventional oil,   therefore the recommended oil change is not as frequent as if conventional oil was in use. E.g. with   conventional oil an oil change is recommended 3000 to 5000 miles but for synthetic oil its about 7500   miles. Again this varies depending on your vehicle use, discuss this with your service advisor.
